If you encounter any kind of issue while using the YouWipe software we will need an debug log.


To create one pleace do the following: 


  • add an USB stick to the machine with the issue. Do not use any bootable USB stick. 
  • Press CTRL + ALT + i at the same time.
  • Wait around 20 seconds.
  • Remove the USB stick and send us the files that are save on this USB stick. 


You can send them to help@youwipe.com or if you have an open ticket on that case, please add them to this ticket. 


If this is a new case also try to explain how the issues got found and/or how we can reproduce it.
